பள்ளி Emis வலைத்தளத்தில்:
1.அனைத்து வகுப்புகளுக்கும் Time table Create செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
2. SMC மூலமாக தெரிவு செய்யப்பட்ட Contract teachers Emis ல் சேர்க்கப்பட்டு (staff-->staff list-->+Add ) கோரப்படும் விவரங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்து அவர்களுக்கும் Time table ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.

3. G2C (PSTM) pending உள்ள பள்ளிகள் முடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
3. பள்ளிகளில் புதியதாக சேர்ககப்பட்ட அனைத்து மாணவர்களின் விவரங்களும் EMIS ல் பதிவு செய்திட வேண்டும்.(குறிப்பாக 1,6,11 ம் வகுப்பில் புதியதாக சேர்ககப்பட்ட அனைத்து மாணவர்கள்).

5. ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்கள் staff id login மற்றும் password பயன்படுத்தி தங்கள் வகுப்பிற்கு students attendance Mark செய்தல் வேண்டும். எக்காரணம் கொண்டும் students attendance not marked or partially marked இருத்தல் கூடாது.
